the location was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was made fresh. they gave advice for train departures.
the room was slightly cramped, with limited space for hand luggage.

Basic Stay with Some Drawbacks
small room weak shower
The room was quite small. It barely had enough space for moving around. the shower lacked power. (It was more like a trickle.) I also found that I was contacted multiple times before arrival about my check-in time. Though I responded via the app, I received calls too. It felt a bit excessive.

central location helpful staff spacious room
the location is central. this allowed very easy access to tube lines. the staff was helpful. breakfast offered a good start to the day. the room was simple, very clean and quite spacious for what i expected.
the shower head needed replacing. i saw some dark spots in the shower. it could use a bit of updating.
